1. Introduction and Applicability

5.2 General Terms for Bonus Use

• Each offer's bonus can only be used once.
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn on their own — only winnings earned after completing the wagering requirement are withdrawable.
• If you withdraw your original deposit while a bonus is active, the active bonus will be cancelled.
• If abuse of the bonus system or attempts to exploit it are detected, b299 may cancel the bonus and suspend the account.

5.3 VIP Program

6. Gaming Rules

All games on the b299 platform operate on a fair play basis. Game outcomes are entirely random and not predetermined. If a result displayed due to a technical error is incorrect, b299 reserves the right to void that round.

6.2 Betting Limits

6.3 Technical Errors
